This program doesn't work with unicode. To run this program properly, you need to do two modification to you windows system:
1 please make sure you have installed East Asian Language Support.

2 setting Chinese as the default language for non-Unicode program
* go to control panel.
* Regional and language options
* Click on the "Advanced" tab.
* Under "Language for non-Unicode program," select the "Chinese PRC".
* restart your computer.
